Dr Todd Landman  is internationally renowned for his work on the measurement and analysis of human rights and his engagement with a wide range of international governmental and non-governmental organisations in over 39 countries delivering training sessions, evaluations, and capacity building, particularly in the areas of statistics, measurement frameworks and impact assessment.

He has worked for the European Commission, the European External Action Service, the Danish Human Rights Institute, The Norwegian Human Rights Centre, the Inter-European Consortium for Human Rights, the United Nations Development Programme, the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Canadian International Development Agency, the Swedish International Development Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, the UK Department for International Development, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the International Centre for Transitional Justice, Minority Rights Group International, European Human Consultancy, the German Development Institute, the Raoul Wallenberg Centre, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, and Amnesty International.

He has a new podcast series entitled The Rights Track, which is funded by the Nuffield Foundation and features world experts conducting systematic empirical studies of human rights problems. He is part of the Rights and Justice Research Priority Area at the University of Nottingham. He writes for and appears in The Guardian, The Conversation, openGlobalRights, Al Jazeera, and other media outlets.
