International Consultant
Dr Landman’s International Consultancies have drawn on his expertise in the social sciences and particular areas of interest in development, democracy, and human rights. He has travelled to over 35 countries delivering training sessions, evaluations, and capacity building, particularly in the areas of statistics, measurement frameworks and impact assessment. He recently completed a project funded by the Nowegian Centre for Human Rights and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute in Sweden on multi-disciplinary methods for human rights research in China. He and his colleagues (Bill Simmons from Arizona State University and Rhona Smith from the University of Northumbria) worked with a cohort of fourteen Chinese academics and researchers working on human rights issues.
